Kelly's Kitchen
Vegan. Sugarfree. Glutenfree.

We all are
here because we all want to look good. We want to feel good. We want to maintain our beauty. Our youth. Our health. Our digestion. Our weight. We want to… really what we all want to do is feel who we truly are, and the truth of who we are. And it just so happens to be that all the foods that I found to bring me the closest that I've ever felt in my life to who I truly am are sugarfree, glutenfree, and a lot of vegan ingredients and recipes. So how do we really feel great and feel the truth of who we are, and still satisfy our taste buds? The solution that I've discovered is this: It starts with food. And that food can bring us so easily and effortlessly into alignment with feeling really good.

How do I get Started?

What you need is start with though is knowing what you love, what you crave, and then a good recipe to recreate that. So let's say it's the holidays. You want to make a pumpkin pie, a stuffing, and a chocolate dessert. You can. The tricks of this new trade are recipes using the healthiest and most satisfying alternative ingredients and food preparation and cooking techniques as possible.

How will this website benefit me?

For me, food has become a stepping stone to transformation. And full potential. And realizing my dreams and desires because I've had the benefits of clear mindedness, clear digestion, and clear feelings in my body. It's because I've learned to maintain an even blood sugar level using my recipes… most of the time, I'd say 98 percent, that's a lot .

An apple a day still needs a recipe.

For a simple example, take a Fuji apple. Eaten alone, it can spike my sugar and then crash my blood sugar leaving me more hungry and unsatisfied than I was before I ate it. So to help break down the naturally occurring fruit sugars in an apple, I marinate the sliced apple in freshly squeezed lemon juice and cinnamon. The lemon juice breaks down the sugars in the apple making it easier to digest. The cinnamon helps to lower blood sugar. Cinnamon is also known as a heart spice, a warming spice, an energizing spice, a love spice. Make a dish with cinnamon and you will make friends quickly. Eating an apple marinated with lemon and cinnamon helps me to eat an apple for a snack without spiking my blood sugar so I can benefit from a balanced body, mind, and spirit.

Reaping the fruits and benefits of this website.

It's all about you learning how to combine ingredients to in a balanced way to recreate the things you love and crave. To feed yourself. To love yourself. First. With food. And to take that initial step by making a recipe that you know and feel is best for you because it is nutritious and is going to deeply satisfy you, is a step toward self nurture, creativity, self help and self direction toward that whom you truly are.

Welcome to my website! I hope you find the recipe that inspires your heart's desire!
