Super Smoothie
10 oz spring water
1 tablespoon Greens Plus chia gel (see note)
1 cup frozen blue berries
1 teaspoon Navitas Naturals maca
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vitamineral Greens green powder
1 tablespoon Z Sweet (erythritol)
2 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp protein powder
1 handful fresh spinach
2 droppers Sweet Leaf milk chocolate stevia
1 tablespoon Navitas Naturals raw cacao
1 tablespoon Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds
2 teaspoons Navitas Naturals raw cacao nibs
In high powered blender place all ingredients except hemp seeds and cacao nibs.
Blend on low and then high until smooth. Pour 8 oz in a tall glass and sprinkle half the
hemp seeds and nibs. Eat smoothie with a spoon. Note: To make chia gel, place one
tablespoon in 3 oz of water in a covered container and place in fridge. Chia will
expand and make 3-4 servings on one tablespoon each. Keeps in the refrigerator for
one week. Yield: Two, 8 oz servings.

1/2 cup raw Manitoba Harvest hemp butter
3 tablespoons Madhava agave
2 droppers Sweet Leaf liquid stevia
3 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 rounded tablespoons carob
4 rounded tablespoons Navitas cacao powder
1 tablespoon Navitas cacao nibs
1 tablespoon Navitas Goji Berries
3 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds
In small bowl, blend hemp butter, agave, stevia, hemp milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir until all ingredients are
incorporated. With flat spatula using a folding motion, work in carob and cacao powder until smooth, pliable, and
shiny like fudge. With spatula, fold in cacao nibs and Goji berries. Form into balls and roll in hemp.
Makes 12 one-inch balls.
