Read Your Dreams: Dream Recall Eps 5 Pt 1

Hi, I'm Kelly and welcome to the Blond Snow White. I want to show you how I read my dreams. This is different from interpreting dreams because when you're developing your psychic abilities, you learn to observe energy, and read just like if you open the book and read the words. In the same way, you read the symbols and emotions in the dreams. Emotions are important to observe, feel, and ride like a wave because they're the bridge to your spiritual body. It’s in your spiritual body where all your knowingness and intuition lives.

In episode 5 Part 1, 2, 3, called Dream Recall on the YouTube channel, I'm going to go over three techniques Dream Recall, Sense Memory, and Dream Detective—you’re going to directly question your dream images.

First, Dream Recall is putting your intention and using your will power to recall all the nuances and happenings in a dream. The best way to recall the dream is to sit down and journal it immediately upon awakening, or in the morning. I like journaling using present tense verbs. For example, I’ll write, “I see a kitten, orange and white, a cute little calico kitten. I pick her up.”

Writing in present tense puts you back in your state of mind where you are able to dream in the first place, and now writing the dream in present tense verbs, you access your creative active intelligence by recreating the dramatization. As you slow your brain waves down and write, insights about the dream may come through, write those down, too. Just the process of writing in present tense and recording insights may be enough information, if not, go to the next step.
